We were talking to one of our customers recently and they were talking about the performance of one of our carbide dies.  How many fastener blanks have you put through it?  we asked.  "6 million pieces and counting..."

Not all of the tooling we produce can make that claim, of course, but it is satisfying to know that our tooling offers our customers the very best in production capability.  Why do they last so long?  In a word, it’s the finish we apply to the tooling we make.  We take pride in our efforts to ensure that all of our tooling is microfinished to the highest possible standard.

KHS and CP were registered under ISO 9001:2000 on May 28, 2003.   We were originally registered under ISO way back in 1995, and requalified just this past summer.

Our certification provides you with a guarantee that our tooling is made with quality raw materials, processed to high standards and inspected by experienced staff using properly calibrated and maintained measuring equipment, with the whole process properly documented.
